Our typical costs for Limited company / LLP accounts preparation, corporation tax calculations and year end filing is anywhere between £700 and £2,000 + depending on the size of the company and quality of the bookkeeping records.

What's included

Our year end filing service usually includes all of the following:

  • Preparation of the statutory accounts from your core records (cashbooks, bookkeeping software or even just bank statements / receipts).

  • We will discuss your draft accounts with you to ensure you understand them and that all possible expenses have been claimed (e.g. mileage, use of home, subsistence etc.).

  • We will advise you of any weak areas for example:

    • Where you could be more tax efficient​

    • Areas which may be susceptible to HMRC enquiries leading to penalties or interest

    • Improvements that could be made to your bookkeeping to lower your accountancy fees​​​​

  • We will provide you with tax calculations detailing your likely payment(s) based on the draft accounts.

  • An annual meeting to discuss the draft accounts and agree any adjustments.

  • Finally, we will provide you will all the required accounts, tax returns and other documents for approval before we make the relevant submissions online to Companies House and HMRC.

  • Dividend Vouchers are also provided for any dividends paid from your company.
