Any advice, meetings and registrations with HMRC in respect of new businesses are usually free of charge.  We believe in building long term relationships with our clients and we know costs must be kept to a minimum when you first start out, therefore we do everything we can to help.

What's the service?

The first step is usually a meeting to discuss all aspects of your new venture, such as:

  • The most appropriate legal structure (sole trader, limited company, partnership, LLP etc.)

  • Registration with HMRC

  • Company Formation / share structure (if required)

  • If you need to be VAT registered

  • Use of bookkeeping software / spreadsheets

  • Employing staff (PAYE / Auto enrolment obligations) 

  • Tax obligations

  • Opening bank accounts

There is so much to consider when you first set up in business so we aim to take the stress away and provide the support you need.

Once a plan is in place we will complete the relevant registrations for you, leaving you free to get on with running your business!

At this stage we will also provide you with an all inclusive quote for accountancy services going forward.  You won't usually have to pay us anything within your first few months of trade but you will have our full unlimited support throughout this vital period.
